Terms of Service

These terms describe how Reeesound may be used and how we approach user content, privacy, WhatsApp interactions, and AI-assisted memory pathways.

What Reeesound is

Reeesound is a private musical memory and reflection platform. It helps users capture songs, written reflections, optional voice notes, and personal memory traces through WhatsApp and a connected web experience.

User content

You retain ownership of the reflections, notes, voice messages, and other content you submit to Reeesound.

By using Reeesound, you allow us to store, process, organize, and display your submitted content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

WhatsApp interactions

Reeesound uses WhatsApp as part of its capture experience. By messaging Reeesound on WhatsApp, you voluntarily initiate an interaction and choose what content to share.

Reeesound is not intended for spam, unsolicited messaging, or unauthorized commercial communication.

AI-assisted features

Reeesound may use AI systems to generate summaries, tags, transcriptions, or possible pathways between memory traces.

These outputs are exploratory suggestions. They are not medical, psychological, legal, therapeutic, or professional advice.

Sherpa does not determine the meaning of your memories. It offers possible routes for reflection that users may accept, ignore, or reinterpret.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reeesound to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Use the service for spam or deceptive activity
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Service availability

Reeesound is an evolving platform. Features may change, improve, pause, or be discontinued over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Data requests

You may request deletion of your account or memory traces by contacting [email protected].
